STD Carriers Tests Clean for Malware and Viruses

The recent spamming of innocent websites by David Doria of Riverside

, California for the purpose of spreading false and misleading information about STDCarriers.com as part of the ongoing stalking of the webmaster has led me to realize that a previous article published about STD Carriers is in need of a followup to assure users that this site is safe for your computer as well as your health. The article in question was a copy of a press release distributed in May to warn users as well as affected publishers about the flagging of a significant portion of the Bidvertiser publisher network as attack sites.

On May 26, 2010 STD Carriers along with many other safe, legitimate, and virus free by design sites found out all of a sudden that they had been flagged as attack sites by Google as a result of a Russian virus that had infiltrated the Bidvertiser publisher network. STD Carriers immediately removed all Bidvertiser code from the site and the warning was removed within a day. The ads were then kept off the site until the Bidvertiser network itself received a clean bill of heath at which point the ads were put back on the site.

Recently David Doria started stalking the owner of STD Carriers online by going from site to site and spamming false accusations into comment boards designed to mislead the public into thinking that their computer could be harmed if they visited the site. The stalking is the latest in a series of extortion attempts made by Doria in an effort to blackmail the owner into removing information from the website. The first attempt was made last year when he threatened to make false reports of non-existent illegal activity to the Better Business Bureau if he did not pay him money and remove a report created by an end user in good standing.

To check the viral status of STD Carriers you can visit its Google Safe Browsing Diagnostics Page to see if the site has been associated with any suspicious activity over the past 90 days. As of the publication date of this article the site was listed as having tested negative for all know malicious software virus indicators.

Conclusion

The malicious software virus free status of STD Carriers should have been announced after the results were in to assure less web savvy users that could be misled into thinking that viruses could still be present despite no malware warning. With the assurance that the site is safe you can keep using it to keep yourself safe from Genital Warts, HIV/AIDS, HPV, Hepatitis C, and Genital Herpes.
