Stop advertising and promoting and you will see the amount of your commission checks dwindle. Always be promoting is an art / science and the obnoxious recruiter gets brushed off like a pest. If you are truly here to help, and that is the premise of network marketing right? Help enough other people get what they want and you will get what you want. You will attract good people to you without having to be a sponsor monster.
