. If any of you have noticed, the weight of an electric bike is less as compared to other conventional vehicle options. Also, most of the electric bike models are sleek and slim in looks. The reason being, an electric scooter has less wiring and components as compared to your regular two-wheeler running on petrol or a diesel source which have a complex mechanism.
The slim look is a double edged sword as many people even assume this as a reason to the fact that electric bikes are light in terms of weight. It is like, how on earth would such a small and compact vehicle provide safety to us? Size is taken as a general stand point for safety as well which is ideally wrong as the quality of metal used is what affects the safety of a rider and not necessarily the size of the vehicle. Generally speaking, it can be easily concluded that it is just a myth that electric scooters do not posses much of the safety elements which form the compulsory aspects of standard 2 wheeled motor vehicle.
