Depending on the materials used, some offer more resistance compared to others. This means that some will impel you higher when you jump. Put a little weight on your legs to bounce slightly and then work from that.


Before starting your next jump, wait for the trampoline to go all the way down. Jumping together with the trampoline will propel you higher in the air. If you start your jump when the fabric is still on its way down, you will not get much height on your jump. You can also slip while doing so.

You can also do runs while on the trampoline. You can do this the same way as running on normal ground. Running on your trampoline is a great way to exercise.


Care should be exercised when there is more than one person on the trampoline. It could be fun but it could also lead to injury. A person could be bounced off to the ground when there are others bouncing at the same trampoline. Children especially should be watched carefully. A safety net around the trampoline can be put up to provide safety and to prevent unwanted injury.

Avoid doing tricks unless you have had training from professionals. You can easily injure yourself from improper landing or from falling off the trampoline. For additional safety, you can install trampoline safety pads. Safety pads can provide cushioning for a fall. It is a great way to cushion yourself from high impact falls and blows to the body. Remember to change outdoor safety pads every one or two years. It can deteriorate due to weather changes and prolonged use.

Playing on 8ft trampolines can be a lot of fun both on your own and with your friends. Make sure that you have installed the safety equipments needed to prevent accident and injury. Trampoline is also a great way to get exercise. You never know how much exercise you get just by bouncing around and having fun on your trampoline.
