Mustard Latino is a 2 to 7 piece band of professional musicians. We are able to perform four different Latin styles. We have performed in venues such as Tanners street park in SE1, Bar Latina in Tottenham, Tottenham Carnival, Casablanca Club in Brighton, Havana Central in W1 and Meridien Hotel in Piccadilly.

Having performed for many years, the band has a unique style even among other salsa acts. The band uses an intense variety of rhythms that blend Latin, Jazz, Funk and Pop, creating a fantastic atmosphere if youre looking for a band that will rapidly fill the dance floor, as well as getting people in a party mood off it!

The band has a line-up with the kind of range of individual skills that allows for a variety of different styles with a number of different instruments. We can perform music that you would otherwise only usually see a 12-piece band performing, and our musical styles include Latin American grooves such as Brazilian and Afro Cuban, in addition to Samba, Bossanova, Clave and Cha-Cha-Cha, not to mention various Jazz, Pop and Funk influences. Our six or seven piece band features drums, bass, keyboard, sax, trumpet and vocals. We also use such additional instruments as percussions, flute and a guitar.

The band covers a variety of distinguished songwriters from the last four decades, including Tito Puente, Astrud Gilberto, Sergio Mendez, Mongo Santamaria and Stan Getz, alongside more well-known and contemporary acts such as Lou Bega, Santana and Ricky Martin.
