Samsung Galaxy Note Ii Smart Life Features Benefiting The End User
Samsung was a company known for its consumer durables that was attempting to crack
the mobile market five years back that was dominated by Nokia with its array of phone sets and Sony due to its partnership with Ericsson.
But today, in 2012, Samsung has carved a niche for itself in the mobile segment with the Indian market itself contributing app Rs 48,000 crore. According to GfK data sourced from the industry, the overall share in value terms is 39% and it has close to 49% of the lucrative Smartphone segment.
The latest one that was launched from its Galaxy series is the Samsung Galaxy note II Smartphone priced in India at Rs 39,990. Although slightly oversized, Galaxy Note II powered by Google's Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) operating software will compete with Apple's iPhone 5, when the latter hits the market. The Note II is a big device in terms of looks as well as its top-of-the-line hardware.
It is a device that is between a Smartphone and Tablet as it is too big to be a Smartphone and too small to be a tablet. But it has the functionality of both given its powerful hardware and some smart software.
Galaxy Note II is equipped with a new 1.6 GHz quad-core processor to help run multiple applications faster than the dual-core processor of the previous version and the software is designed to work well with a stylus for jotting notes in handwriting and sketch a scene or a portrait on the screen - the phone's signature feature.
The Note II has a bright screen displaying vivid colors and amazing touch response apart from 8 MP, 3264x2448 pixels, autofocus, LED flash camera with sharp and detailed images. The 1080 videos, though not as good as the still pictures, are bright and have everything in focus with geo tagging feature that is very accurate.
Multitasking is easy with the split window mode that supports major apps like YouTube, Gmail, and Browser etc. This enables a user to work on two windows simultaneously, a real boon given the expansive screen of the device.
Bluetooth is a must with the Note II for answering calls as it looks comically large at the ear. Finally one can say that Samsung has done a tremendous job with its Smartphone and managed to pack lots of useful functionality and features into one device, so you really cant go wrong with the Galaxy Note II. If you are looking to buy it, the best place would be at Online shopping websites where you are sure to get the best deal.
