Samsung Galaxy S3 arrives with a mighty Exynos 4 Quad CPU, which is clocked at 1.4 GHz. On the other hand, the One X runs on a 1.5 GHz Nvidia Tegra 3 quad-core central processing unit. Interestingly, both the devices come with 1GB RAM. In theory, the One X is more dominant but this does not imply that its performance is better.

Samsung Galaxy S3 offers several storage capacity options, with the facility to expand it further by the help of micro SD card. HTC One X comes with a typical 32 GB memory space. Sadly, theres no alternative to increase it further since theres no micro SD card slot.

Samsung Galaxy S3 comes with a huge Super AMOLED 4.8 screen with a pixel density of 306 pixels per inch. The One X comes with a somewhat lesser 4.7-inch Super IPS screen. It also possesses a somewhat higher pixel density of 312 pixels per inch.

In terms of operating systems, both smartphones are again similar. Both work on Android v4.0 ICS with slight dissimilarities in their editions. As expected, both mobile manufacturers have provided their own UI over stock Android.
