A typical newbie instruction day begins at 8 am.

Inside an hour, you will be understanding how you can keep the glider and prepare for launching.

Launching and landing are probably the most important components of flying, so you will wish to understand these very first. Every hillside lesson lasts four to 5 hours and all hang gliding gear is provided. We recommend you wear an old pair of jeans along with a great pair of running shoes.

San Francisco Hang Gliding instructors are ready to teach 7 times a week. We're known for little classes along with a individual touch. We will schedule no much more than four students per lesson. This provides the students more personal instruction too as much more flying time.
