Water on three sides of the park, you will love strolling around the park's perimeter, enjoying the boats of all sizes drifting in and out of the bay: party boats, sailboats, yachts...in and out of the bay.
At Sarasota Bayfront Park very affordable rentals and charters are available as well. How would you like to take a tropical sunset cruise? Choose between sightseeing cruises, deep sea fishing, sailing with the breeze, or popping around on a waverunner. You can rent boats and explore the waters around Lido and Longboat Keys using powerboats, bow riders, and pontoon boats. For the fishing fans, you can rent the gear to reel in some red fish, grouper, or mahi mahi which make the waters off Sarasota their home. These aquatic adventures can make some lasting memories.
Of course, kids love Bayfront Park for the fountains & playground. Just follow the laughs to get to the fountains. As the kids climb, run & splash around, grown-ups kick back under sprawling banyan trees.
