Popular companies like McDonald's are also taking action by displaying a donation box to help those who are affected by the incident.

The same thing goes to Haiti earthquake. Celebrities, companies and other individuals are donating their valuable items to the affected. The ones who have donated their items like money, food or clothing are not asking for any returns, because they like to help them wholeheartedly. Any company like cable or satellite television can donate as a voluntary action. But how is it possible that a satellite TV company are eligible to donate their own? The first thing that a satellite TV can donate to the affected is money. It is one of the easiest valuable items that can be used by any individual to buy their needs like food, water, clothing and shelter. Since last year, a lot of tragedies happened to various countries like Philippines, Haiti, Chile and Pakistan. This is the reason why companies like satellite or cable TV can't resist themselves to help the affected. Not only we're talking about calamity, but also we considered those who are sick.

During the H1N1 outbreak, charitable institutions are forcing themselves to treat those who were affected by the deadly virus. They are receiving donations from third-party companies like restaurants, satellite TV providers, lending companies, malls and other businesses to help stop the spread of the virus. Speaking of satellite television providers, they can donate television sets along with money. If they can donate at least one television set for the affected if available, they will be happy for it. Television sets are considered to be one of the instruments for entertainment, but they can expect more when subscribed to a local cable or satellite TV provider. It gives them a lot of channels to choose from, and it gains excitement for them. It is important for us to give something than to receive, especially the affected ones. If they want something that entertains them after the terrible incident, cable and satellite TV can give them one.
