Save India – it is under virtual Siege - Part 2
Similarly we are pained to ask about our fundamental rights: What about the fate
of the Kashmiri Pundits? What about our homeland!? What about our fundamental right to vote in the valley..!! What is the reason of ignoring our birth rights..?!? What about our land and property in the valley!?!? What about the losses incurred in businesses lost after their departure from the valley?? What about the fate of the services lost by the Hindus in the valley!!!???!! And so on there are thousand and one questions that the Central and the state governments need to reply to Kashmiri Pandits who are the sole and the real native Hindu citizens of the valley. In any case the culture of the valley would be incomplete without their presence of the Kashmiri Pundits in the valley. Sir, do we need to shout and scream not only about the physical pain being suffered by us but also the conscious pain suffered in our heart and soul by each and every Kashmiri Pundit who had to abandon their home and hearth because of the cruelty rendered to them by their so called brethren belonging to the Muslim community who were converted by the invaders by inducing and luring them with alms, candy, carrot, kickbacks and suborn in the form of cash, kind and property of Hindus at the time of their departure from the valley during the past eight centuries. Thus, leaving our forefathers fending for themselves, to struggle for their survival and existence on their own during the past centuries. At that time there were no responsible Governments either in the valley or elsewhere in the sub-continent who could play a significant role in the protection and rehabilitation of the up-rooted Hindu masses. But today we have a responsible government at the centre and the larger than life aspect of international governance called as UNO to take care in order to recognize our identity and make our presence felt on the international platform. If the Government of India could send back the refugees from Bangla Desh after waging a war with the rulers of the so called East Pakistan just within one year then why the same government cant create conducive atmosphere in the valley for the safe return and re-establishment and perfect rehabilitation of the Kashmiri Pundits even after 60 long years?? Why should our case not been raised in the precincts of the U.N.O. just the way the matter of the refugees from Bangla Desh was taken up to create awareness about the un-fair treatment being met out to them in their own country?? Do you think that if the refugees from Bangla Desh had stayed in our country for more than five years we would have allowed them to do so; then why the Government of India is not questioning the state Government to create conducive atmosphere in the state for the safe return of the Hindus the native aboriginals of the state..?!? What if the Hindus from Gujarat, Rajasthan, or Punjab, Assam (or any other territorial states) would have been ousted by the Muslims with the help of the terrorists from Pakistan.!! Would the state and the Central Government been cool and quiet as they have had been since the Jihad for the ouster of the Kashmiri Pundits has started in the Valley? It is beyond our comprehension to understand as to how we should view and pass judgment on the indifferent attitude of the powers-to-be, at the centre and at the activities of the authorities of the Central Government who are leaving no efforts to have dialogues with representatives of the various terrorists organizations who have never been faithful to the country?? Should the world at large view these deliberations and negotiations, with foreign invaders and their stooges in the valley, as national or anti-national in respect of National Security.??? What kind of confidence the central Government is conveying to the Hindus of the other states as to how the Central government would react in case of similar eventuality happening in any other state.???? Isnt it a more serious crime on the part of the Central Government to ignore the Hindus of the Valley who are the real natives and sons of the soil from the Kashmir Valley.????? Isnt it a more serious crime on account of the Central Government and its representatives for having ignored the very people who know more than anybody else about the impact and consequences of the terror unleashed on them in the Kashmir Valley..?!?!!??!!!??? Please note that the Islamic terrorism and terrorists, separatists and secessionists, and soft-peddling politicians, are outdoing each other to prove that they share the same thought process and mission in Jammu & Kashmir. They have another equally committed partner in the quest for disengaging J&K from India, the ultimate political objective for which Islam has been waging Jihad in the State. This partner is neither willing to accept facts nor recognize the ground reality, but is making all-out efforts to trample the Indian constitution under their feet. This partner is a class of intellectuals, politicians, journalists and secular liberals who are aiding and abetting the separatists and secessionists to move inch by inch towards Balkanizing the Indian nation.
Surprisingly the Muslims of Kashmir Valley have long been portraying themselves as the sole inhabitants not only of the Valley, but of the entire Jammu and Kashmir. It is almost as if the Hindus of the Kashmir Valley who are the real natives of the valley with a long history 12000 years at their command, but were forcibly driven out of their homes, ignoring the very basic principles of International Human Rights, as if they had never existed, and as if the Hindu-Dogras of Jammu and Buddhists of Ladakh also do not exist. Such is the stranglehold of Muslims in the State, who hardly have a history of seven to eight centuries that they have succeeded in propagating the myth that the only people who live in the State of J&K are the creed of Muslims. This is very much the root of the success of the methodology of the Islamic terrorism and its scheme of things which no one in the Central Government understands nor do they make any serious attempt to understand the ground realities.
The brave community Kashmiri Pandits, belonging to the community of the Kashmiri Hindu Sarawat Brahmans, who have been subjected to genocide, and who have been driven out of their homes and hearths, repeatedly during the past Eight Centuries, are the only people who are aware, more than anybody else in this country and outside this country, of the long and relentless campaign of jihad and terrorism that has been going on in the State for its disengagement from India, especially during the past Six decades with the aid that is received from the Government of Pakistan , Government of India and also their lords in the Arab world! Still it is amazing that the so called experts at the Centre can afford to ignore the importance of the presence of the Hindus in the valley!! Moreover the Muslims who are now well educated with well spread business interests across the country dont deserve to be protected under the Article 370 of the Indian Constitution. The life and validity of this article and the purpose for which this law was enacted is long over. The Muslims of the state are more advanced, better educated, economically better off and more alert of their rights than the Muslims of any other state in the country. The very purpose for which the Article 370 was introduced in the constitution has already been achieved long back. Hence, The Parliament must therefore immediately make an amendment in the constitution of India so that necessary steps for the Industrialization and economic development of the state could be taken up on war footing once the protection under Article 370 is completely removed..!!!
The proposal of the Muslims of the Kashmir Valley for the exclusion of the state from the constitutional organization of India, underlined by the autonomy proposal; the transfer of power to separatist forces inside the state and operating in Pakistan, underlined by the self rule proposals; and independence of the State proposed by exponents of independence of Jammu & Kashmir, are only aimed to cut the State from the Indian Union.
The proposals of autonomy, greater autonomy or self rule are no different. Both want to divide Jammu & Kashmir in a manner that enables Kashmir and Islamabad to establish control not only over the geopolitical strategic Himalayan region, which is highly rich in green-gold, but also over river Chenab, which has the potential of producing more than 15,000 Mega Watt of electricity every year. What does the self-rule formula envisage or suggest? It suggests abandonment of the universally accepted notions of sovereignty and national borders; a pan-Kashmir approach; autonomy from the nation state of India; regionalization of power across J&K; sharing of sovereignty; economic integration that transcends borders; a drastic change in the Indian Constitution that converts Greater Jammu & Kashmir into a regional free trade area; dual currency system; roll back of Article 356 (under which New Delhi has the power to intervene if there is breakdown of constitutional machinery) and Article 249 (under which Parliament exercises legislative jurisdiction over the State); withdrawal of the All India Service Act, 1951 and all other Central Acts from the State and also jurisdiction of the Supreme Court of India and Election Commission of India; change in the nomenclatures from Chief Minister to Wazir-e-Azam and from Governor to Sadar-e-Riayast; establishment of regional council of Greater Jammu & Kashmir comprising representatives from India, Pakistan and both parts of the State; and division of Jammu & Kashmir province into sub-regions and establishment of sub-regional councils. All these factors go against the very basics of fundamental Principals envisaged in the constitution of India and the fabric of the strength of the sovereignty and integrity of the Indian Union as per the precepts of the Indian Constitution. The self-rule formula further suggests:
Self-rule is aimed at providing the central element for a comprehensive architecture to be devised for the final and strategic settlement of the Kashmir issue. Self-rule will not be a mid-point into a journey or a tactical or evasive prescription. Instead, self-rule must also form the basis of relationship between the people of Pakistan-administered Kashmir and Pakistan.
It is hardly necessary to reflect on the implications of the self-rule formula as everything is self-explanatory. Suffice it to say that the self-rule formula, if accepted and implemented, would automatically mean a step short of independence from India and once it happens, it will not be difficult for the separatists to achieve their 62-year-old agenda. >>>>Continued - Part 3
