I haven't been on holiday for a very long time

. So when my husband suggested that we go away on holiday I was really excited and couldn't wait to get searching. I searched everywhere to find the perfect holiday at a reasonable cost, because unfortunately we still had to watch our pennies. I found that booking my flights, accommodation and airport transfers separately worked out a lot cheaper than some tour operator holiday packages. I thought it was a lot more work but I was determined to get a good deal. If value is what you are after then it is the right way to go about it.

Booking the flights and the accommodation was the fun bit but when I came to look at airport transfers I wasn't so keen, because lets face it the transfer is probably the least fun bit of a holiday. There were many airport transfers companies to choose from and I found it all a bit of a chore. I didn't want to spend an awful lot of money and I wanted to make sure I got a good deal.

When I searched for airport transfers on the internet lots of search results came back. There was a website for each of the separate companies and I didn't relish the thought of looking at each one individually, plus how do you know if they are trustworthy and you are getting the best deal for your money. I didn't relish the thought of being stranded at the airport for hours waiting for my transportation to turn up! I found an airport transfers company comparison website and it compared quite a few different airport transfers. It was really simple to use and saved me lots of time as well as money.
