Skip the highly processed stuff that is loaded with chemicals, sugar, fat and preservatives and stick with lean proteins, fruits and vegetables.
Try to avoid fried foods and limit, if not eliminate, your salt and alcohol consumption. This might be a good time to completely purge your pantry and refrigerator of all those bad foods, especially if you are easily tempted to cross over to the dark side! Throw all of the purged food into a box and give it to your local food bank.
The second thing that we need to address is the proper exercise. Exercises like biking, running and swimming are excellent ways to improve your general health but when it comes to eliminating cellulite, it's going to take a very specific workout routine. And don't worry. You don't have to become a gym rat in order to lose those cottage cheese thighs, either.
Cellulite exercises consist of a series of movements using your own body weight. And because there are no weights to lift or machines to buy, you can do this workout in your living room floor in just a few minutes 3 days a week.
