With flash problems there are a few key things to know. The first and main step is to gel the fast flashing under base ink. The under base ink should be at 190'F for about three to six seconds. Without making sure the under base ink flashes correctly, your ink won't bond to the clothing.

When preparing everything for screen-printing, you have to make sure that everything is consistent. For example, if your screen tension levels are different, it is possible that everything will shift and eventually cause registration problems.

Another screen-printing dilemma is checking to see if your prints were cured properly. Checking your prints to make sure that they have full cure is pretty easy. You first need to place most of your garments in the washing machine to start washing them. While you are washing your garments, pay close attention to your garments to make sure they have full cure.

Now for the final dilemma with screen-printing, color matching. When you are color-matching make sure to follow a standard PMS color matching system. It is easier to follow a system step by step, especially if this is new to you. Another trick is to get a digital scale, which will help with the PMS color matching system.
