You can always go back for more advanced classes once you get qualified in the scuba diving basics, so you can learn more difficult techniques that you can have fun with. Taking the lessons seriously is needed in scuba diving and getting certified is the best way to know what you are doing. No matter what your budget allows, there are adequate classes around that will allow you to get certified.
