Lycos

Lycos recieves primary search results from Ask and directory results from DMOZ. It gets its paid listings from Google Adwords.

Search engines provide every kind of information related to anything. When a particular word is typed in a search engine it displays the top ranking sites in the search results related to that keyword. These are the sites where the visitors mostly go.
