?Most of the time, I would have to say that I live by the adage that you should not mix work and pleasure together. However, there are always drastic times that call for drastic measures. 1. Don't make it too obvious that you want to seduce her at first.
There are many reasons for this, some of them are work related. But, you also want to get it right, because you don't want to have to go back to work red faced because she ended up shooting you down. So, you want to proceed with subtle seduction tactics and techniques and not the all out and in your face methods of seduction.
2. Become talkative and flirty with her at work.
You cannot really expect to seduce her if you never really get a conversation going on before hand, can you? I mean, she is not some random chick in a bar, so you need to establish some kind of connection with her at first. Just make sure that you do not become her friend. A woman is not going to sleep with her friend, especially not when he is a co-worker. That is why you ALWAYS have to keep it flirtatious with her.
3. Get her out for happy hour or some similar setting.
Even if she is a non drinker, there is always someplace that you can suggest that the two of you can go and kick it after work. One thing that is to your advantage is that you should already have an inkling as to how her day has been going, so you know how to proceed with her. This is definitely better than with a woman that you do not know, as you might approach a woman like that on a bad day and not even know it.
4. Proceed for the nightcap.
How you escalate from here will vary on the situation, but after you get her out someplace just to relax and unwind, you need to find a discreet way to get her to come back to your place. Once you have her there, then it's time for you to work your magic on her. The whole time, you need to make sure that you are being discreet and not too pushy, or else she will never make it back to your place and then, nothing will happen!
