I can guarantee that at some point in your life you have plucked up the courage to approach a woman you like and then had absolutely nothing to say. It's a massive drawback that brings total silence and a very awkward moment.

That's why planning what to say in advance will stop your mind from going blank at that crucial moment, and help you feel less anxious.

Now, if you knew exactly what to say to a woman you have arranged to meet and whom you are attracted to, then you have the advantage by pre planning the conversation in advance.

Before you meet up with a woman, it would be a good idea to be prepared and have lot's of things to talk about. I don't mean to the point where you are blabbing on about everything and anything, because as we all know, listening is good too.

So, how do we plan our conversations? Well, we'll start with the greeting. How well do you know the woman you are planning to meet? If you know her by her first name, great! If not, that would probably be the greeting to go for. You would ask her what her name is.

Write out a few questions you would like to ask her. Like does she have family, brothers or sisters? What does she do for a living? What are her hobbies?

These types of questions will help figure out if you have anything in common. The questions don't have to be written down, you could just plan the conversation in your head. But if you write it down and keep re-reading the questions over and over, you're much more likely to remember what you are going to ask her.

You could tell her some funny stories that have happened to you in the past, to bring a bit of humor into the conversation. This also helps break the ice and normally gets the woman to respond with a similar story of her own.

Questions can often give you a deeper insight into the woman that you want to get to know, and women love talking about themselves! Try to avoid topics such as the weather, it's a little overused and is generally associated with people who can't think of nothing else to say.

Some cool questions to ask would be:

* What's the most unusual dream you have ever had?

* What are your goals and have you achieved any?

* What is the best surprise you have ever had?

Questions like those can bring out some great conversations! Another thing to try and do when seeing a woman for the first time is to not stall on the approach, because the longer you leave it, the more those nasty negative thoughts start appearing!

You want to make sure that the moment you see a woman you like, you walk straight up to her and say something. That way you are not giving your mind time to start thinking bad things.

When approaching, make full eye contact. Check your posture, standing straight, head up and shoulders back. This shows that you have a lot of confidence, and women are complete suckers for guys who have confidence!

It's also best to pay attention to body language too, as it can tell you a lot about a person, and will help you when you decide to make the next move.

So what kind of body language signs should you be looking for in a woman? OK, I'll give you some great pointers here:

First off, have a look at a womans pupils. If they become much larger (dilated), then this means she is attracted to you, aroused by you or very exited. Eyes are used to subconsciously attract other human beings.

If a woman shows you the palms of her hands, this can also mean she is interested in you, and that she feels comfortable in your presence. Pay attention to her feet to see which way they are pointing. If they point towards you, then this is another indication that she is interested.

If you want to know if someone is lying to you, have a look to see if they scratch their nose, look away or look up. If you ask a woman a question and she looks up, this means she is thinking of an answer. They are looking for information in their mind. They may also blink a lot and partially cover their mouth.
