Seiko Arctura watch are good enough because of their affordability and they are good looking with decent movements. It uses quartz movements which will last 20-25 years. Futuristically styled and technologically advanced, the kinetic Seiko stainless steel watch contains its own internal electrical generator--operated by natural wrist movements--making it independent of conventional storage batteries. It is an analogue quartz watch equipped with the Kinetic technology developed by SEIKO. It generates the electric energy to power the watch, utilizing the movement of your body, and stores it in the rechargeable battery, which requires no periodical replacement unlike conventional button-type batteries. The silver dial background has a mix of silver thin stick markers and silver-tone baton hands (with second hand). Other features include a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, date function at 3 o'clock, and water resistance to 100 meters (330 feet). This watch includes a white round dial with sapphire crystal, stainless steel bezel, an hour, minute, and second hands, and a see through screw down case back. Looks good, keeps excellent time, one good shake gets it started and after wearing for a few minutes with run for about a day after lying down. The band is very nice looking and keeps the watch light and more comfortable for everyday wears. While power goes down alarm sets to ring so that anyone could recognize the power reduction. After energy is charged it reserves for 6 months. Overall its a nice looking and full of features watch.
