Marinas in Florida offer much more than just a slip and safe harbor. Today's marinas are also full-fledged service centers for the boats, inclusive of shopping outlets for marine gear. But that's not all - best part of it is the resort style facilities and the entertainment.During the summer, Florida is choc-a-bloc full of multi million dollar yachts. There are all kinds of amenities for these yachts and the boat owners, so choosing a Florida marina is a complicated affair. Not to mention the showers and restrooms and limos and car rentals for going downtown.In summary, deciding which marina to dock in at is a lot more complicated than charting a course. Choose the right marina based on the purpose of the trip. Not to mention Florida's coastal geography with the Gulf of Mexico, the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway as the options. It'll help a lot if boat owners take the trouble to find out all the top marinas in Florida and what each one is good for.
