The gold party representative will examine your gold to determine how much value that it has. And then they will make you an offer, usually a check on the spot. Don't feel pressured to accept their offer. You can turn it down or accept the offer, no obligations. Couldn't be simpler, right? But lets peel back the layers of what is really going on.

So where is the gold party scam?

Now we are going to get into where you money is really going. How about the host. Are they making any money from the party, or are they just in it for fun. No, the host usually takes about ten percent of the total party pay out. What you ask? If you are offered two hundred bucks for your gold, the host is actually getting twenty dollars on the back end. That is correct, so everybody there is actually paying the host out of their profits for just going to the party. Sounds like a bad deal to me.

So now what happens when the party is over? Where does all of that gold go? The gold party representative sends all of that gold to the company. The company then ships the gold to a refinery to have it melted.

The gold party company then sends a check to the gold representative, because he or she has paid the guests out of pocket. Everybody in the process is taking a cut of the profits all along the way. This is how you get caught in the gold party scam. Your profits are not maximized because every body's pockets are getting lined with money that should be yours.
