4.Online ads. Places like Craig's List and Postlets are excellent outlets for advertising. You'll get a lot of exposure for minimum investment, if any investment at all. A simple Google search may help you find even more places to advertise online.
As always is the case, run those ads where you have a property ready to sell or not. This is the best way to build a good, solid list of potential buyers. Once a property becomes available, you'll already have contact information to start sending those emails and getting your property soldquickly!
