Also, the senior marketing executives work in tandem with the HR professionals to make sure that the only people who are downsized are the ones that do not have the highest level of performances that they have provided for the company.

The senior marketing manager is a very important part of internal audits that are done by the company from time to time to assess the performance levels of the various marketing professionals. It is their responsibility to make sure that their marketing professionals is adequately motivated and that the performance level has a continuous steady stretch or increasing level instead of downfalls.
