So lets get started with using the Google Keyword Tool!
First, you will want to head over to the Google Keyword Tool web site.
While there are a few options that you can make use of in the Google Keyword Tool interface, we are going to just focus on the main selections you'll need to find the best keywords for your niche.
The first step you will want to do is type in in the keywords that you would like to focus on, one per line, and they get placed in the Word or Phrase box.

The very last step in the keyword search procedure is to enter in the text in the image you see to verify that you are human and not a bot.
Youll see a lot of solid information relating to your keywords in this data. The first section is the data related to the keywords that you had originally plugged into the Google Keyword Tool. The column next to our keywords display the competition level for our keywords. This information shows us that for ad placements via the Google Adword services, the competition is high, which means it might be tough to get some decent rankings.
The next column displays the number of monthly searches for these keywords. This result is an approximate 12-month average of user queries for the keyword through the Google search engine.
The last column in the Google Keyword Tool data shows the number of monthly searches in respect to the country or language that you had chosen. This would probably be more relevant to your research than the global monthly searches data.
The last area that you will see in the Google Keyword Tool results is the Keyword Ideas, which are basically other keywords related to your main keywords. You will see related research data with results for Competition, Global Monthly Searches, and Local Monthly Searches. This will give you some alternatives to use to see if you can find additional keywords or maybe something with less competition.
