Juventus vs. AC Milan

The biggest game of the weekend sees AC Milan host Juventus at the San Siro on Saturday evening. Both of these two teams have been off the pace in recent times, but they have both started this season well and this match finds Milan in second and Juve in fifth. Milan have won five of their eight games this season, with four of those victories coming in their last four matches. They are undefeated in their last six games and have lost just once this season, so Juve will be wary coming into this match. Juve are unbeaten in their last four matches, with two wins and two draws. Even though one of those draws was an impressive 0-0 against Inter at the San Siro at the start of the month, we do not feel that AC, on their recent impressive run, will lose this match and we're backing them to win. Inter vs. Genoa

Milan's city rivals, Inter, are in action on Friday night this weekend as they travel to Genoa knowing that a win will put them ahead of AC and will move them to within a point of leaders Lazio. Genoa sit 9th in the league with 11 points and they look good at home having collected 7 of their points on home ground. They are yet to face any side as good as Inter in front of their own fans, but will be encouraged by their home form. Inter have started the season well, but they have dropped points in four matches so far this season and they now sit in third place 4 points off Lazio. This one could go either way all depending on what Inter side turn up. They are capable of winning this match as well as throwing it away, and, as a result, we're backing goals in this match, and not many of them either.

Our recommendation is under 2.5 goals @ 1.68.

Lazio vs. Palermo

The final game we're looking at is the early Sunday morning game that sees Palermo host league leaders Lazio. Palermo started the season off slowly but now sit 7th in the table having won three and drawn one of their last five games, but their home record is not good with one win, one loss and two draws on home soil this season. Lazio lost their opening game, but since then they have won six and drawn one in a seven game unbeaten run. Their only loss so far came on the road, but they have won the following three games, and we expect them to win again this weekend.
