Here are some tips to working with staffing agencies.

1-Find out if the agency you are considering working with has a guarantee. If they don't offer any sort of guarantee based on the quality of applicants they can bring to you, then keep looking for another agency.

2-Select a staffing agency that will take care of all billing, paperwork, drug testing, and administrative tasks. This is part of what you are paying for, and if they dump paperwork back at you then you should look for another agency.


3-Work only with staffing agencies that specialize in your field, whether that is the medical field, the arts, technology, marketing, etc. If an agency isn't used to finding the qualified technology experts you need, you don't want to take the time to train them and gamble that they will bring you someone who can do the job well.
