Also, sleeping early will reduce problems like dark eye circles, wrinkles and it maximize the effects of treatment products on your skin. Night time is the best time as compared to day time because your skin is not expose to harmful sun light which makes your skin sensitive and is more prone to redness and allergies.

Severe acne treatment will need extra caution and care because its condition is worse and its damage is more than other acne. If care is not given, severe acne can cause bigger and deeper scars which will take longer time to cure.
