Just because something isn't expensive doesn't mean that it isn't good.

Don't go out there and spend the couple hundred of dollars that dedicated would cost you. I always go with shared hosting. Saving money is good right?

The trick to finding a good shared hosting plan is to find a company that is cheap, dependable, and offers everything you need to get your site up and running. As a bonus a lot of hosting providers actually will provide you with tracking software, free Adwords credit, and site builders.
