Shaun Francis Barratt, orphaned at a young age after his mother died struggled to make ends meet. He dropped out of school following his mothers' sudden demise and eventually took up working as chef. He later enrolled himself to learn accounting in Massey University on a full-time basis. Shaun had this dream to be successful and pursued his ambition and knew the answer lies in hard working.

Shaun Barratt was gifted with a talent for managing things of business complexity and soon he found himself in the right place at the start of his career. He was hired by Goodman Fielder Wattie' the food giant in Australia. The company appointed him to look after their accounting status both in Australia and New Zealand.

He began his professional career in the financial sector and after a successful stint, Shaun Barratt was then promoted as the accountant in one of the subsidiaries of Pacific Foods and then to Parex Industries as Financial Controller. As Barratt went on to perform better he went on to achieve better role and better opportunities. He joined Robert Bosch, and moved to New Zealand as the company's accountant. This followed his coming back to Australia to look after the Bosch Trading Divisions as Controller.

Shaun Barratt had gained enough experience during this while working in almost every sector of industry. This helped him to gain an insight how business are conducted. His constant performance was highly appreciated and he later moved to Germany to look after their Robert Bosch trading division as the Director of Commercial and Finance Functions.

Starting his career from being a chef to financial controller, Shaun had got all it needs to make a perfect entrepreneur. Within few years Shaun Barratt started his own business venture Salt' an HR recruiting firm in Australia. He then bid for some top companies to be his client as he provided them superior service by taking care of their recruiting needs. Today Salt' is going places and termed to be one of the best HR companies in Australia. Shaun Francis Barratt has other business interest too like a fashion store- Maggie Potter in Auckland Wellington and Melbourne in Australia. But for the time being he wants to turn Salt' into a premier HR firm, with as many as 6 branches across the world.

He looks forward to acquiring a doctorate, but before that he believes he has miles to go. Contented with all that he has, Shaun Barratt wants to make Salt a company that spells superior service that's known for its customer satisfaction.
