She Just Keeps Pushing Me Away - What Should I Do To Make My Ex Warm Back Up To Me?

Feeling as if nothing that you do is going to make your ex girlfriend warm up to you can be overwhelming at times

. You think about how great it would be if she would just warm up and allow you to at least have some chance of saying what you have to say to her. You keep on thinking that if you could just have that chance to speak your mind and tell your ex girlfriend exactly what it is that you feel - she would have to see that you are authentically sorry for whatever part you may have played in the demise of your relationship and she would have to feel like you are worthy of getting another opportunity to prove yourself.

No matter what, though, she just keeps on pushing you away.

You don't like it because it is starting to make you think that you may never be able to crack her cool facade and you may never be able to find a way to make her see that you are truly worthy of getting another opportunity to show her just how much you love and care about her. What can a guy do when it seems as though the only thing that his ex girlfriend wants to do is push him away?

You need to understand what she is trying to say to you when she is not saying a word.

I know, it sounds like one of those zen messages that you are supposed to sit around and meditate on. You might not have to do that though. What she is showing you and telling you through her lack of interaction with you is that right now, she needs to have some alone time. Of course, don't take that literally. She is not going to be sitting at home by herself. She will more than likely still go to hang out with her friends.

However, she does not want to do the couple thing with you right now and any interactions that you and her would have with one another would seem like a couples thing. You need to show her that you respect that and you realize that giving her some time to just do her thing while you get out of her way is the best thing that you can do. You may not want to hear that this is what you need to do, but it probably is going to be the best move that you can make. Really, it probably should be the ONLY move that you make for a while.

Once you have done that, then and only then should you try to sit her down and start a conversation with her.

However, the conversation cannot be all about you and her getting back with one another. This is not an episode of Grey's Anatomy. You don't want to bring drama back into her life if you want her to get back with you. Instead, you need to make light conversation with her and make her laugh and make her smile again. That is the way that you open up the possibility that you can win her back.
