When most relationships start, us guys often go out of our way to do and say everything we think the woman wants. We take them out often. We buy flowers and gifts. The problem is that once we're comfortable in a relationship, we tend to let a lot, if not all, of that go. We get lazy, and it's certainly a relationship killer to have the excitement dwindle.

2. You Tried To Control Her

Woman are individuals just like yourself, and like yourself, they have their own interests and needs apart from you or the relationship. When you try to control them, for example, by not "allowing" them to go out with friends without you, then you are being controlling. Learn to trust your woman, and allow her to have her own space and freedom.

3. You Didn't Listen to Her

How many times has she asked you to do something like pick something up from the store and you didn't do it? Then you wonder why she gets so upset, shouting "I asked you like 5 times!" Well, start listening, my friend, and try not to think about your response before she's even done talking. Concentrate on what she says, then and only then, you respond.

4. You Didn't Spend Time With Her

I know you see her everyday, in the morning, and during dinner, and you're probably asking, "isn't that spending time with her.?" In a word, no. I mean quality time with her. For a reltionship to survive, you need to spend time reconnecting, laughing, and sharing your thoughts and feelings much like you did when you first started dating. Without sharing good times with one another, the two of you end up growing distant.

5. You Didn't Let Her Be Herself

It doesn't matter how long you are in a relationship with someone. Most people don't change. If she has a few quirks that just drive you crazy sometimes, then you might as well learn to live with them if you want the relationship to continue. She isn't going to change. Learn to love everything about her, and just let her be herself. I'm sure you have plenty of annoyances that she puts up with as well.
