Katrina Kaif had at least three offers to perform this New Year and we hear one was as high as Rs.Three crores but she has turned all of them down.
TOI has learned that the sassy star, who has had a hectic 2010 filming and promoting Tees Maar Khan and Raajneeti, wants to take time off, post her forthcoming release with Akshay Kumar. Katrina has extensive vacation plans and is looking to cut off from Tinseltown and spend time only with her family members and close friends with whom she has not bonded in a long time.
We hear that two hotels in India and one abroad was looking to get Kat. However, Kat is in the mood to travel. We hear that Kat might be travelling to London to bring in the New Year. She also has plans to travel with her mother Sussana Mary Turcotte to her philanthropic organisation at Madhurai. Joining them will be Kat's sister, Isabel. Katrina on how SKJ compares to Munni: Firstly. I feel there is no need for comparisons. Such things shouldn't be taken seriously or dissected but laughed about. Also I would like to make one correction here. I am the lead actress in the film and have done four out of the five songs in the film while Malaika did Munni as an item song and a guest appearance. I've heard Munni and it's fantastic. There's no point comparing both the songs as Munni was choreographed on a set resembling a basti (slum) and was shot outdoors. It had a different rustic feel to it while Sheila is shot indoors and has a Chicago feel to it.
Farah Khan has made the impossible possible. The otherwise camera shy Katrina Kaif drops her clothes and is seen draped in just a white satin sheet in the song Sheila Ki Jawani from her upcoming flick, Tees Maar Khan .
Farah says, "Sheila Ki Jawani was supposed to be a raunchy item Bhojpuri kind of song as Katrina's a wannabe actress acting in sleazy films but the song shaped out to be classy and a mix between Chicago and Broadway.
I have never seen Katrina looking both hot and sensuous at the same time. In her earlier films, she's dressed mostly like a Barbie doll.
Farah added, Katrina really trusted me and didn't argue even once when I told her what she had to wear. She just told me that she needs to start working out and tone her body more"
