Should Hgh Sprays Be Considered Performance Enhancing Drugs?

, most athletes had already become aware of the legal ramifications of using steroids and had moved on to substances like HGH. Human Growth Hormone had been around but had not been used as much until the attacks on steroids. HGH sprays could be considered performance enhancing drugs as they do stimulate the production of a hormone that can induce muscle growth that can, obviously, enhance an athletes performance.

When HGH as a spray is introduced into the body, it becomes metabolized and produces a hormone called the Insulin like growth factor in the liver. Body builders have been using HGH in recorded accounts since 1990 because of the extraordinary muscle development that occurs after taking HGH. The production of IGF-1 can only be accelerated with the taking of HGH. The amazing growth of muscle mass and strength can only be deemed as performance enhancing. Therefore, HGH sprays should be considered performance enhancing drugs.

It might be difficult to state absolutely that the athletes performance was enhanced because of the drug, but the fact that athletes are using HGH sprays to build muscle mass and strengthen their performance is a clear indication that they are performance enhancing drugs. Studies are citing that athletes have used drugs known to enhance performance for more than 60 years. They would not simply use HGH in the numbers that they are if it were not considered to be performance enhancing.

Although some ads are stating that HGH sprays are a natural way of increasing muscle mass, the fact remains that substance acts on the bodies glands artificially and stimulates growth of muscle mass. HGH sprays are used in the mouth and the hormone imitating stimulant is absorbed and goes to work quickly. By developing muscle growth and building stamina in users of HGH, their overall performance is improved. Of course, HGH sprays should be considered as performance enhancing drugs. But, if the question is, are HGH sprays in the same category as steroids, the answer would need some careful thought by those who are interested since steroids have been banned in certain athletic competitions and have been found to produce negative effects on users.

There are still many people who would like to think that athletes are performing solely on skill and their natural physical gifts developed by physical training. The truth is that the temptation to use performance enhancing drugs like HGH sprays that stimulates growth of muscle and provides other benefits that may sound like a fountain of youth is too great for any athlete seriously into body building.
