You can often purchase a virtually new, used laptop from Compaq for hundreds less than you would spend on a new laptop computer. The best laptop computer is the laptop PC that will fulfill all your computing needs without any hassles, glitches and other nightmares that coming with owning computers and that you will inevitably have problems with a new PC makes buying a refurbished laptop that much worse. You were expecting me to name the best laptops by giving out specific brands, I am sorry but I will not get into this controversial debate. Bill Gates has his favorite laptop, so does Michael Dell (it better be a Dell laptop :), so do your friends and so do I. If I told you what the best laptop is, I would be merely stating my opinion. And believe me, buying anything especially computers based on someone's sole personal most liked brand can be dangerous to your wallet and overall mobile computing experience.

There is no need to be hesitant if you are considering purchasing a used laptop. In most cases, you will find that your laptop will perform just as well as a brand-new computer. And if your used laptop is refurbished, there is a strict set of guidelines that companies must follow when reselling these computers to the general public.
