Should the teenagers be allowed to use mobile phone
According to a survey in Germany, about half of the kids between the ages of 10 to 13 own a mobile phone
. In Hong Kong China, 29% of the kids between the ages 6-15 have a mobile. In China mainland, 48.8% of the parents are willing to get the kids a phone. It's not practical to ban the using of mobile for kids.
