Your ex doesn't need added misery in his/her life right now - your ex needs people around who will make him/her feel uplifted and happy again. Although your ex probably feels sorry for you right now, there is no way that he/she will want to see you now - you are too depressed.

Constantly trying to contact your ex will also drive him/her totally nuts - your ex doesn't want to talk to you right now - don't you get it? Everywhere your ex goes as well - you are hovering around in the background - this is so uncomfortable for your ex and really irritating too! Don't you realize that this is why you will never get your ex back?

Your main mission in life right now is to try and get your ex back, and you are going at it with a vengeance. All you think of are ways to see your ex - you aren't even interested in going out with your friends anymore - if your ex isn't there, then why should you be.
