Simple Exercise For Sciatic Nerve Pain Treatment

The greatest way to discover sciatic nerve pain treatment is to work out your muscles every day. This will give you the relief that you need while keeping your muscles away from that tender sciatica nerve.

Here is my favorite treatment. The best part of this is that you can do it from the comfort of your bed.

Start out lying on your back.

Take both knees up towards your chest, as long as it is comfortable. If you are feeling unstable, use your arms for balance.

While you have your knees as far to the chest as you are comfortable, use your abs to lift your buttocks off of the floor slightly.

Obviously the most simple way to use any sciatica exercise is to be sure to do it daily. But there are some things that you can do even when you are in pain, and the above exercise is one of them.

You will also want to be sure that you take supplements daily and journal all of your results. Otherwise, you will not have an accurate measure of how far you have come in dealing with your pain.

If the booty lift does not give you the relief that you are looking for, you might also find relief in finding another way to get the pressure off of your back. Sciatica is caused when the sciatic nerve, or muscles around the sciatic nerve, is angered.

Taking pressure off of that nerve will give you some well needed relief. Even something as simple as laying on your stomach for awhile may be just what you need to get some relief.
