Acquire the Blackberry Storm unlock code.

Insert a SIM card that your phone will reject and turn your phone on.

Enter the Manage Connections screen from the main options menu.

Select to Turn off all network connections.

Return the Options menu and select Advanced Options.

Once in Advanced Options, select SIM card.

Use your QWERTY keyboard to enter in MEPD the phone wont display letters while you type them in this screen. If this does not work use MEPPD.

Once at the new screen, enter MEP.
