If you don't want to sell online, then set up a garage sale each weekend. Ask your friends and neighbors for the stuff they don't want and give them a commission when you get to sell it. You can get a tidier house or closet and someone else is happy with their purchase. It's all win-win.

2. Article writer. I know a lot of people who get a bigger income and decent living with just working online and be a freelancer. If you are a good writer, researcher and get your way around technical stuff; this is a good start for you. There are lots of sites that offer work online: Odesk, Freelancer, Craig's list are just some of them. Write articles or spin articles on a certain topic or go for ebook writing. You can start being a personal trainer at people's homes, teach them proper diet and exercise. You can even make your own fitness videos and sell them. If you are good with aerobics, cardio dances, taebo or other related exercise then you can teach groups at a time. You can charge them less than the fee that's offered in the gyms.
