You can also use clear nail polish on them. In the morning, apply a coat liberally to the area and let it stay on all day. At night, use the polish remover and clean with soap and water. Let the skin breathe overnight, and repeat the process. This method takes about a week as well to clear the skin up.

Apple cider vinegar and tree oil is also a simple treatment. You apply it undiluted to a cotton ball and dab it onto the lesion several times a day and it takes about a week to dry out. These are easy to get in most markets, and can be used for other health needs, too.

Do not rub the treatments you choose onto the skin, rather daub and pat. This keeps the fungus from spreading, and makes irritation less likely. You also may need to test it in a small area frost, especially if you have sensitive skin so that you can make sure you will not have any other rashes develop.
