Sirenis Beach - Be Careful! Dont Visit This Beach If

Whenever you read about a beach, people always go on and on about why you should visit it

, and how great that beach is. We want to warn you, however; you should NOT visit Sirenis Beach on the Riviera Maya under the following circumstances:

You do not like sunshine and warm weather While most of the world seems to think that sunshine and warm weather you find on the beaches in the Riviera Maya is the way to go, you might be one of these people who prefers gray clouds and cold days. In this case, you would not enjoy the warm, bright sunshine on the Caribbean beachfront of Sirenis Beach. Visiting might also be dangerous, since you could very well fall in love with warm weather (against your will) and never want to go back.

You prefer white snow to white sand! As beautiful as the wide, white, soft-sanded virgin beaches in the Riviera Maya (like Sirenis) are, you may prefer putting on your winter boots & jacket and trudging through knee-high snow to feeling the sand between your toes and the warm water lapping against your feet. This is definitely not the case for me but, who knows, everyone has different tastes; one thing for sure, youll never find anything like snow here. So if you prefer snow, you might not want to visit.

The doctor told you nature is bad for you Sirenis has 5 virgin beaches, surrounded by natural jungle. A little back in the jungle, there are Mayan ruins to visit. Also nearby, there are some natural pools called cenotes, and a beautiful lagoon with lots of wildlife. If the doctor has given you specific orders that fresh air in warm weather, lots of nature, plants and wildlife could do you harm, again, youd better make plans to visit a mall up north instead of coming down to Sirenis.

Outdoor activity doesnt appeal to you You can go diving in the cenotes of Sirenis, or in the coral reef just off the shore; you can go boating in the lagoon, or hiking through the jungle to get to the Mayan ruins; you can also enjoy walks in the sand and swimming in the Caribbean Sea unless, of course, you dont like doing outdoor activities. If you dont like being active and healthy, Sirenis is definitely not the place for you.

So, if everything above is true about you, I definitely recommend staying at home in the cold and in doors. If not, well, start making your plans to come down and enjoy this paradise for yourself!
