When the spring time hits, people start to think more and more about their bodies and wanting to look good

So, how can you go about trimming that belly fat and getting those sexy, six pack abs?

Here are some tips to trim belly fat that you should start using RIGHT away:

1. Increase your water intake. Want to know what happens when your body does not get enough water? It starts to retain it and what do you end up with? A bloated belly. And that is NOT going to help you get that slim stomach that you have been looking for. So, make sure that you increase the amount of water that you get throughout the day so that your body no longer retains water and get rid of that bloated belly look.

2. More fiber, more grains. While you don't want to overload your body and your system with carbs, you DO want to make sure that you are getting enough fiber and whole grains in your diet. This helps to keep your system clean all throughout and also helps to give you the feeling of being full, longer. Don't try to get rid of your daily fiber to shed calories.

3. Get your heart rate rising. You want to trim that belly fat healthily and the best way to do this is to get your heart rate rising. Too often, especially in the colder months, we become quite sedative and we do not go out and get enough exercise. You really cannot expect to get a trimmer stomach without getting your heart rate up and doing at least a LITTLE exercise.
