Sixt Celebrates 100th Anniversary

International car rental company Sixt is celebrating its 100th anniversary in the car rental industry this year

. What had started out in the year 1912 as a European based car hire facility has now turned into a global luxury cars rental company that has managed to hit the 100 year mark in 2012 with good stead.

With it"s headquarters in Pullach, Germany, Sixt is extremely proud of its long service to thousands of customers, and is not holding back in its celebrations. After years of quality service to its loyal customer base, Sixt now offers its services in more than 100 countries and has around 4,000 service stations around the world. The 100 year anniversary has brought about a whole new ideology to the company, with goals of reaching new heights in customer service nothing is going to stop this company now.

On this precious anniversary, Sixt also had the opportunity of securing the title of being "The Best German Rent a Car Company -2012". To celebrate this achievement the company has also launched a video on its website depicting its journey of the last century, which shows the obstacles this company has come across and surpressed to get where they are today.

To celebrate the anniversary, the international rent a car service became an exclusive rental partner of the world famous Italian vintage car rally by the name of "Mille Miglia".
