Ski Dubai - A Snowy Paradise In The Middle Of The Desert!

An oasis in the Middle Eastern desert, the emirate of Dubai has been the epicenter

Opened to the public in 2005, Ski Dubai is a part of the Mall of the Emirates, one of the worlds largest shopping malls. The indoor ski resort features an 85-meter high snow mountain which consists of 5 slopes with different levels of difficulty and steepness. A 400 m long run, a 90 m long quarter pipe for snow boarding and a quad lift and a tow lift to carry the ski enthusiasts up to the mountain are also available here.

Next to the mountain is the Snow Park, a 3,000 square metre play area that consists of climbing towers, sled and toboggan runs, an ice cave, a 3 dimensional theatre, an icy body slide and a snowball shooting gallery. This is literally the perfect icing on the cake for those visiting this desert paradise.
