3. Before going to sleep, don't eat "heavy" food like meat or peanuts. Better drink a glass of water and eat an apple or a bannana.
4. Make some exercises a couple hours before going to bed. Then your sleep will be more efficient and you will asleep faster.
These tips should help you to asleep faster, but sometimes when problems are more difficult it can be useless so you should contact your doctor who will give you more useful advices or give you forwarding to a doctor who specializes in sleep issues.
