Bhagwanrao Gillurkar have been staying in plot 88, Survey Layout, Chota Taj Bagh, Raghuji Nagar, Sitabuild, Nagpur for the past 40 years. The story is of their youngest son Harshad Gillurkar who left home to study in Pune . Working in bigger organization like HSBC Development Center Pune Project Manager Ravindra Deshmukh nor Ashish Gillurkar Assistant Manager working with Suzlon, Pune thought there was anything wrong with what Harshad was doing. Manish Deshmukh his sister, Pallavi Chodhary Gillurkar his sister in law and Nehal Akre wife be didnot find anything wrong in woman abuse.

And the confession and proof provided by different woman having undergone an abuse scenario were treated as an attempt to break Harshad newly fixed marriage .The truth was swept under the mattress forever. And the Gillurkar family with help of brother in law Ravindra Deshmukh started harassing the ladies by sending nasty emails and phone calls. A complaint regarding this was launched with Mumbai Police -complaint number #24807 - and also the L&T Infotech Powai BFS HR- Preeti Phansalkar and the Delivery Head Anish Shah was reported with these harassment details of Harshad Gillurkar behavior.

This story has the twist that a sexual predator like Harshad Gillurkar are always let free in our society by the help of his moral less relatives and the woman who decide to stand to these kind of anti social elements are punished and end up losing their job ,families and life.

The question is IS THIS RIGHT ? Should a woman be punished for her weakness of being helpless and vulnerable in a new place and the person Like Harshad Gillurkar taking advantage of such a situation be left to enjoy a normal life after destroying other. It could be rightly concluded that the profanity related o big cities like Mumbai and Delhi has already reached small town like Nagpur.
