Society Hill Jersey City is the perfect luxury living property for many residents of Jersey City. Some individuals simply love being able to live close to all the action. It depends on the model that you select which can have either a one or two car garage.

Some of the new homes that are being built in Droyers Point include private elevators for your home. These are quite interesting and can be a large selling point for elderly individuals or individuals who find them to be a conversation piece. It depends upon your home layout model whether or not your home will be on that includes an elevator within it. Both phases of the Society Hill development include 24/7 security to ensure only authorized individuals are allowed into the development. A waterfront walkway along Newark Bay can lead to a pleasant evening stroll. Many residents also enjoy the pool that is available for owners to use. Basketball courts, tennis courts and a gym are all included as amenities for individuals to enjoy while they are at their homes.

Depending upon the home that you wish to purchase, who it is owned by and its layout prices can range from the low 200's to the low 500's. Do not be discouraged if this is too high out of your price range, there are many homes within the development available for rent by their owners. This way, you can still experience living within Society Hill but not have the mortgage payment to deal with. Enjoy your new home but be careful to not spend all your time at home
