A person never separates the ring from his or her body. During a wedding ritual, the bride and the bridegroom exchanges rings. It is like gifting a part of their heart to each other. The wedding ring is worn on the 4th finger of the left hand. The fourth finger is believed to have a vein which runs straight to the heart.
