4) Headset compatibility. This is great for your customer service reps. They can type in information and look up a customer's account or records on the computer without needing to hold the telephone in the crooks of their necks. This makes their database searching more efficient, plus it saves them from having pains in their necks. Again this is also valuable for an online meeting.
