Wile E. Coyote:

He is the enemy of the Road Runner. Road Runner is a bird which runs at lightning speeds. Wile is a coyote who devises plans to catch Road Runner. However, Road Runner escapes all the traps and keeps running and Wile falls prey to the traps he sets. We cant help but laugh hysterically at Wile when he is trapped.
